Bengal basket delivers the products on its specified time slots according to the customer’s convenience.
Current mode of payments are:
* Cash on delivery
* Credit and debit cards (VISA / MasterCard)
* Other UPI IDs
* Net Banking
We do not accept Cheque or demand draft.
Copy of your invoices will be provided at the time of your delivery.
Delivery time can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic congestions, road blocks or any natural calamities.
Customer is liable to collect his ordered product from his doorstep.
If a customer places an order & the product becomes suddenly unavailable from the market then Bengal basket reserves the right to cancel the order.
The product images may differ from the original one. (We make efforts to display available products, including in respect of their colour, size, shape and appearance, accurately as possible. However, the actual colour, size, shape and appearance may have variations from the depiction on your mobile/computer screen.
In case of fishes, all weights are measured before descaling & cleaning, weight could be 15%-30% less than the actual weight for few fishes, due to descaling & cleaning.
We aim to ensure that prices of all products are correct and up to date. However, from time to time, prices for certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the company by a supplier.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where any information is required from you, the company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information
♦ Bengal basket provides ‘no question asked refund and replacement policy’ within 24hrs after delivery. Except for raw vegetable, fish, meat and eggs.
♦ Bengal basket is liable to alter the products in case of wrong delivery or defective products.
♦ Customer must check out the products when it will be delivered & he can return the wrong products during the time of delivery.
♦ Bengal basket will not take any liability of packaged branded product (food and non-food items) after delivery. So we advised you to check all the products at the time of delivery.
After delivery we will not entertain any issue related to these products.
• In case few products are return back by the customer during the time of deliver, the price. Of returned product will be deducted from the invoice in delivery time.only for cash on delivery.
• In case of online payment price of returned product will be transferred in customer’s account within 3-4 business days varies upon bank to bank.
• In case of replacement or refund customer have to return back the previous product to get the new product as replacement or money as refund.

• In case you have cancelled your order, your payment will be refunded back to your bank. It will take 5-6 business days varies bank to bank.
